Our goal is to provide you with an excellence customer experience. We will do everything within our capacity to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchases. By purchasing products or services provided by The Drone Pro Shop, you are agreeing to our store policy.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, except holidays, 8am to 6pm PST. Preferred form of communication is by email for record keeping purposes. We typically respond to emails within 24 hours during business hours. If you have an urgent question, however, please feel free to text or call us at (925) 238-6400.
It is our goal to place the items you ordered in your hands as soon as possible. For in-stock items, orders placed by 5pm PST will be shipped within 2 business days, and orders placed after 5pm will be shipped within 3 business days. For items that are not in-stock, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date by email within 1 business days, at which time you will have the opportunity to accept the shipping date or cancel your order for a full refund.
Pre-orders require a non-refundable deposit of 15% on the total purchase price. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping.
In order to place a pre-order, please follow the instructions for creating custom packages.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
The goal of our return/refund policy is to provide you with the best product discounts and services. To this end, we have a reasonable return policy while avoiding returns on merchandises that cannot be resold.
Unless otherwise stated, products in unopened boxes or that remain in factory packaging can be returned with no questions asked no later than 7 calendar days after receipt of your shipment for a full refund. Products in opened boxes or removed from their factory packaging, used products, and batteries cannot be returned. Orders that are past 14 calendar days of delivery date cannot be returned.
Note: Shipping charges will not be refunded, and the customer will need to pay the shipping charges associated with returns.
For product defects, please contact the manufacturer for resolution.
Customers outside of the United States: It is your responsibility to ensure your local DJI office will support products you purchased from us. If you must return items to us because of product defects, you will need to pay for return shipment.
The returned merchandise must be accompanied by the following: A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, the packing slip included in your order, and the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored.
All returns must be shipped within 3 business days after a RMA number is issued by The Drone Pro Shop. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number, no exceptions. Please contact The Drone Pro Shop by email to obtain a RMA number.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The Drone Pro Shop ships to all U.S. destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands.
International Shipping Policy - We ship worldwide! We work with various companies to ensure that you get the best rate possible for your international shipping needs. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please review how we process international orders.
Damaged Box/Product or Incorrect item: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), email The Drone Pro Shop no later than 24 hours after receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and email us immediately.
Refusal of Delivery - If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by The Drone Pro Shop. Once we receive the package back at our distribution center, we will issue a refund for the purchase price less the actual cost of shipping the package to you and restocking fee of no more than 20% of the purchase price. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided - Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. When we receive the package back at our distribution center, we will issue a refund for the purchase price less the actual cost of shipping the package to you and restocking fee of no more than 20% of the purchase price. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. Shipping times do not include the day the order ships. This does not apply to delays caused by acts beyond The Drone Pro Shop's control, such as acts of God, strikes, lockouts or disasters. The Drone Pro Shop reserves the right to cancel or suspend this offer should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or the proper conduct of the offer. The Drone Pro Shop reserves the right to disqualify any order found to be disrupting the operation of the offer or website.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
The Drone Pro Shop takes precautions to protect our users' information. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information such as credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the Secure Socket Layers (SSLs) encryption software. Unfortunately, we cannot fully guarantee secure data transmission over the Internet because of its nature. We have industry-standard security measures in place to protect against the loss or misuse of your personal information, though again, we cannot fully guarantee against such loss or misuse.
We strongly urge you to protect any password you may have for our Website and not share it with anyone. You should always log out of our Website when you are done using it, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place.
CATALOG & NEWLETTER
If a user wishes to subscribe to our catalog, newsletter, etc., we ask for contact information such as name, street address and email address to provide these communications. Because we respect our users' privacy, you can opt-out of these communications by simply replying "unsubscribe" to our newsletters or promotional emails.
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send you an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though you can deactivate your account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.
LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
THE DRONE PRO SHOP, ITS OWNER(S), AND EMPLOYEE(S) ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY, FOR DAMAGE TO OTHER EQUIPMENT DUE TO A FAILURE OF PRODUCT COMPONENTS INCLUDING, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, HARDWARE, FIRMWARE, AND SOFTWARE. THE DRONE PRO SHOP, ITS OWNER(S), AND EMPLOYEE(S) ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR MISUSE OF PRODUCTS, INJURY TO PERSONS, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTIES FROM USE OF ANY EQUIPMENT PURCHASED FROM THE DRONE PRO SHOP. THE DRONE PRO SHOP DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER AND DEFERS TO THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES/GUARANTEES AS THE DRONE PRO SHOP IS NOT THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD, UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE.
